Notes

Make in advance  If you would like to make this smoothie ahead of time, pour each serving into a zip-lock bag and freeze.  When you would like to enjoy your smoothie, take it of the freezer and let it ‘defrost’ in room temperature for about 1 hour before transferring it into a glass and enjoying it.
Serving tip  Why not serve this blueberry cheesecake smoothie as a smoothie bowl?  I recommend garnishing your smoothie bowl with some fresh blueberries and crumbled Digestive biscuits.
