Ingredients
  

  • 2 fresh eggs
  • 1-2 slices of bread
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Toast your slices of bread. 
  2. While the bread is toasting, cook your eggs your preferred way.  A few delicious ways to prepare your eggs include: scrambled eggs, poached eggs, hard boiled eggs, or just your regular sunny side up.
  3. Butter your toast, place it on a plate and top it with your eggs.
  4. Enjoy your eggs on toast as it is, or may it fancy by adding your chosen ingredients.

Notes

Elevate your eggs on toast by adding a few of these:
  • Dukkah
  • Balsamic vinegar glaze
  • Avocado (sliced of smashed)
  • Chilli flakes
  • Bacon
  • Cherry tomatoes
