Method
- Heat oil in a 6-litre pressure cooker. Add and cook the beef short ribs, turning them until browned all over. Add remaining ingredients to the pressure cooker, and carefully turn the ribs to coat.
- Secure the lid. Set the pressure cooker to cook for 20 minutes. Carefully release the pressure.*
- Remove beef ribs from sauce. Boil the sauce in the cooker for 10 minutes or until it has thickened.
- Serve the beef short ribs drizzled with the sticky sauce and garnished with toppings.
Notes
*Instead of releasing the pressure immediately after the timer goes off, wait for about 10 minutes. This will allow most of the pressure to be released by itself, making it easier for you.
