Matcha Latte Recipe

This is the easiest and creamiest matcha latte recipe you'll find!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 250 ml skim milk

Equipment

  • 1 Milk frother

Method
 

  1. Add milk and matchato the milk frother and froth for one cycle.
  2. Pour the matcha latte into a cup and enjoy.

Notes

My milk frother warms up the milk as it froths.  If you have a hand-held milk frother, warm the milk over the stove or in a microwave first.  Then add in the matcha powder before frothing.
If you do not like skim milk, you may use your favourite milk instead.  Oat or soy milk tastes amazing in this matcha latte too.
If you would like to sweeten your matcha latte, feel free to add the sweetener of your choice.  Eg: honey, argave nectar.
