Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie

This Vietnamese avocado smoothie is the creamiest and yummiest green smoothie! Makeit in under 5 minutes, using only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado ripe and chopped
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup milk 250ml
  • 3 tbsp condense milk

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Place all the ingredients into the blender, and blend until smooth (about 1 minute). Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Freeze your avocado for an extra cold and thick smoothie.
If you don't want to use condense milk, swap it out for your favourite sweetener (eg: honey, agave nectar, mayple syrup).
Want to make this smoothie vegan?  Simply swap out the regular milk with a non-dairy milk, and replace the condense milk with a vegan friendly sweetener (eg: agave nectar or a couple of dates).
If you are making your avocado smoothie in advance, store it in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 24 hours.
